Product
Quality: Microbial Solutions’ living microbial products are manufactured to the highest quality using a unique fermentation process that leaves that the protein layer protecting each cell perfectly preserved. This is of critical importance and gives the product many technological advantages:

The Genesis range of humates comprise a genuine 85% Leonardite Granule, and a high concentrate Leonardite Liquid formulation requiring only 4 litres / ha to be effective. Their high amino, humic and fulvic acid contents feed the Microbial Solutions’ range of living Bacillus bacterial products, producing the large quantities of growth hormones required to stimulate plant growth. This gives Microbial Solutions application programs a technological edge in terms of good soil health and increased yields.
Manufacturing Techniques
Of all the requirements for a successful biological product, the manufacturing technique is possibly the most critical. It is this element that is lacking in the vast majority of biological products, and is most often the cause of product failure in the field. In contrast, over the last 16 years reported failure using Microbial Solutions' product has been less than 5% of sales.
Surrounding
each bacterial cell is a natural protein-based mucous that insulates and
protects the microbe from adverse conditions. The high temperatures used
in conventional fermentation tend to strip the protein layer away from the
microbe leaving it vulnerable in many aspects. Microbial Solutions unique
fermentation technique leaves the vital protein layer intact whilst giving
extraordinarily high microbial counts. The
following table clearly shows how the difference in techniques positively
affects the quality of the products:-
